As Honorary Chairman of the NRCC Business Advisory Council, Dr.
Richard A. Punzo, President of
RICHARDSON GLOBAL, has been
invited to Washington, D.C. to dine with President George Bush and
senior members of Congress.  Punzo, who was recently awarded the
2005 National Leadership Award by this group, will also participate in
discussions with key members of Congress regarding the nation's
economy and the interests of small businesses in the U.S., according to
Tom Reynolds of the NRCC.

GLOBAL, AWARDED CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF DISTINCTION

Washington, D.C. NRCC Chairman Tom Reynolds announced today that Dr.
Richard Punzo has been chosen as a 2006 Congressional Medal of Distinction
winner.
Dr. Punzo, President and CEO of Richardson Global LLC, an international
training and consulting firm focused on leadership development, project
management training and cross-cultural training, was selected based on
unyielding support of improvements in the global business environment,
outstanding leadership in business and contributions to the local economy.

“I am both pleased and honored to receive this prestigious award,” commented
Dr. Punzo. “It is my personal philosophy and included in the mission of
Richardson Global LLC that developing and providing world class, targeted and
culturally sensitive leadership training to individuals and organizations will
improve effectiveness and efficiency exponentially.”
Only an elite group of business and professional people were nominated to
receive the award before the awards selection committee reached a final
decision.

Commenting on Dr. Punzo’s selection, Congressman Reynolds said, “Dr. Punzo
has served as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council and has
provided much needed support.  This award could not have gone to a more
deserving candidate.”

KEITH TEO APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF APAC REGION

In its continuing efforts to act globally and think locally, Richardson Global is
pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Teo to its executive staff in the
capacity of Director for the Asian Pacific region.  Based in Singapore, Mr. Teo will
provide closer contact with Richardson Global's clients in that region and will
coordinate sales, marketing as well as  program development and delivery
activities for that region.  

Keith brings a broad perspective and practical approach to human capital and
organizational development.  His consulting and facilitation experience includes
design and delivery of numerous training programs globally with focus on the
following APAC areas: Cambodia, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia,
Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.  In
addition to intercultural training, he conducts relocation programs, multicultural
team building, as well as strategic business programs.

Keith is a candidate to the Degree of Doctor of Business Administration, holds a
Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western
Australia, an Honors Degree from the University of Bradford (UK).
Previously he held lecturer and examiner appointments at the Singapore
Polytechnic and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.  His focus was on
global business, intercultural management, strategic marketing and electronic
marketing.

Keith speaks English, Mandarin, and Minanyu.

RICHARDSON GLOBAL AWARDED TWO MAJOR GLOBAL
TRAINING CONTRACTS

RICHARDSON GLOBAL recently announced the receipt of two global
training and development initiative contracts.  The first was awarded in a
competitive bid process by a major international pharmaceutical organization.  
This contract provides an opportunity for
RICHARDSON GLOBAL to provide
customized fundamental project management and introductory and advanced
Microsoft Project training to the entire cadre of the organization's employees,
internationally.

The second initiative focuses on another global organization's change
management and problem solving efforts.  
RICHARDSON GLOBAL has
been retained to develop a customized change management program for
internal change agents at a global organizational that manufactures, sells
and distributes clinical diagnostic instruments and related products
worldwide.  This initiative will  be piloted in the U.S. this year and adapted
for global implementation during 2007.  
RICHARDSON GLOBAL
currently provides problem solving and influence skills training throughout
this organization.

cultural assessment tool based on the
Richardson Global Model of
Culture.  
The instrument, effectively analyzing individual cultural styles based
upon the seven subdomains of culture represented in the model, is currently
being validated.  Upon completion of this process,
