Professional Staff

Richardson Global carefully screens and certifies all of its professional
consultants to deliver  programs and services focused in their area(s) of
specialty.  We maintain an international cadre of consultants with expertise in a
variety of industries, cultures and subject matter areas.  Each project and
program delivery is carefully evaluated and all consultants are required to
maintain currency in their field(s) of expertise.

Whenever appropriate and possible, local consultants are used to save travel
costs for clients and to facilitate Richardson Global's development and
delivery philosophy of  "global initiative - local implementation".  Our goal is to
carefully craft our interventions not only to provide seamless delivery on a global
enterprise scale, but to condition our materials, foci and delivery styles to provide
the most meaningful, effective, culturally sensitive and relevant learning
engagements and consulting projects we can deliver.  This is one of the features
that distinguishes Richardson Global  - when we say "global", we do not mean
that we can merely deliver globally or possess an international presence. In
addition to these characteristics, we offer an integrated culturally sensitive
approach through our team of professionals.
