Terry Mroczek is a Senior Training and Organization Development
Consultant for
Richardson Global with 20+ years of consulting expertise
in the areas of: change management, executive and leadership development,
coaching, training design and delivery, performance management, team
development and succession planning.

She has been the lead consultant for the implementation of many projects
which have led to improved performance and the attainment of organization
objectives.

Terry has consulted for and conducted training programs for organizations in
the utility, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, chemicals, and
bioscience industries.   She is known for her ability to see projects through to
completion, balancing a deep theoretical understanding with a very practical
approach to solving problems.  Clients describe her as extremely
knowledgeable and quick to understand their needs.  In the classroom, she is
an interesting and creative instructor, interjecting humor, real examples and
situations that people can relate to.  Participants have called her “fun and
energetic”, “engaging” and “comfortable”.    

Most recently, Terry has worked with clients on a variety of change
management projects, primarily related to supply chain and ERP
implementation implications on people.  

Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from
the Pennsylvania State University.  She is certified to administer the Myers-
Briggs Type Indicator and to deliver feedback via both Personnel Decisions
Inc.’ Profiler and The Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360
Feedback instruments.
