DR. RICHARD A. PUNZO
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

President and Chief Executive Officer of Richardson Global, Dr. Richard
Punzo brings over 23 years of experience in consulting, human resources,
training and development to the executive team.  His areas of expertise include
global teams, leadership and management development, project management,
cross cultural training and internal HR and OD processes.

The 2006 recipient of the
US Congresssional Medal of Merit for his
outstanding contributions to the development of global business,  Dr. Punzo is
the author of numerous publications, including

others.  He is also the primary instructional designer of over 30 leadership and
management programs for Fortune 1,000 corporations and has provided

benefited from Dr. Punzo's development program deliveries, personal insights
and interactive learning experiences.  In addition to serving with four U.S.
Federal Commissioners of Education, Rick has provided services to such

The recipient of numerous scholastic and achievement awards, Rick is listed in
various "
Who's Who" publications and has been inducted into MENSA.  He
earned his Doctorate in Policy Planning and Analysis as well as two Masters
Degrees from Columbia University in New York City.  His Bachelors Degree was
awarded by Brandeis University with Honors in Sociology.


JACEK ROZWADOWSKI
DIRECTOR, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Of Polish origin and resident in Belgium since 1985, Jacek Rozwadowski,
Director of
Richardson Global's EMEA Division, has maintained business
contact and involvement with business in the Central and Eastern European
regions while holding managerial positions in multinational organisations in a
Pan European role.

After five years of academic research in organic chemistry, Jacek acquired his
business experience in marketing and business development within a number
of international companies in the chemical and service sectors in Europe,
including. Ethyl Corporation, Reilly Chemicals, Kline Europe, and Management
Centre Europe.

Jacek progressively moved from a successful internal management role to a
consultative role, providing management development services to global
companies in the FMCG and industrial sectors, focusing on the implementation
of business strategy and achievement of organisational objectives. In this
capacity he was regional director with responsibility for C&EE for a major global
and pan European provider of management development solutions.

Jacek translates his extensive experience and consultative skills into business
development and management development services (instructional design and
delivery) that add customer value and result in significant organisational impact.


Jacek graduated from the Polytechnic University in Warsaw, Poland with M.Sc.
and B.Sc. degrees in organic chemistry and continued education in
management related issues in Belgium. He is fluent in Polish, French, and
English; he also speaks Russian and German.



KEITH TEO
DIRECTOR, ASIA/PACIFIC RIM

Keith brings a broad perspective and practical approach to human capital and
organizational development in the APAC region.  His 10 years of consulting
and facilitation experience includes design and delivery of numerous training
programs globally with focus on the following APAC areas: Cambodia, China,
Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan,
Thailand and Vietnam.

In addition to intercultural training, he conducts relocation programs,
multicultural team building, as well as strategic business programs.
He has also worked with government and private organizations and held
portfolios including corporate planning, customer servicing, computerization of
systems, organizing mega-events, sales & marketing, and staff development.

Keith is a candidate for the Degree of Doctor of Business Administration, holds
a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western
Australia, an Honors Degree from the University of Bradford (UK) and has also
completed postgraduate qualifications specializing in marketing.  
Previously he held lecturer and examiner appointments at the Singapore
Polytechnic and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.  His focus was on
global business, intercultural management, strategic marketing and electronic
marketing.
