Henry T. Cole, PMP, CPM is the Director of the Project Management Division of Richardson Global. His areas of specialization include Project Management, Highway Engineering, Team Building, Problem Solving and The State of New Jersey’s Liability Law Class for Volunteers. Mr. Cole’s 32 years of service include having been the project manager for over 1 billion dollars worth of Transportation Projects. This has included the management of Design, Construction and Intelligent Transportation projects. He has developed and managed a wide variety of Public Outreach Programs in support of the Federal Government’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements. Included in Mr. Cole’s Project Management experience is acting as chairperson of public openings and Congestion Management Plan for High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes and service as Project Manager for the rehabilitation of the approach to the Holland Tunnel to New York City, the design and preliminary construction of the highway that will bypass a major New York metropolitan area sports complex and numerous other Transportation Projects. Over 9,000 individuals, in the past 32 years, have been trained or participated in programs or projects conducted by Mr. Cole in such diverse areas as Project Management, Transportation Management, Highway Design, Team Building / Motivation, Coaching, Effective Meeting Management, Partnering, Public Out-Reach, Value Engineering, Budget Planning, Schedule Development, Change Management, Context Sensitive Design, Contract Negotiations and Risk Analysis. Mr. Cole received his bachelor’s of science degree in Civil Engineering from Thomas Edison State College. His Certified Public Manager’s (CPM) designation was awarded by Fairleigh Dickinson University in association with Rutgers University and the Human Resource Development Institute of New Jersey. His Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is from the Project Management Institute. |
